In the conference on GRI which was held in 2009 ‘the Turkish translation of GRI Sustainability Reporting Principles’ was introduced. The main aim of the conference was increasing sustainability applications in the private sector in Turkey. The main topics that were discussed are: the requirement of sustainability reporting and current local approaches to sustainability reporting.
